SUMMER SESSIONS 2009

Class Offerings by department begin appearing
on the web registration portal in December 2008

Summer Registration opens Monday,
February 23rd, 2009

Important note: Registration in classes obligates each student to pay tuition and other fees unless classes are dropped before the "drop-without-tuition-obligation" deadline -- generally the 1st class day.

Official beginning of Summer Sessions
Monday, June 1

Check course listings for beginning and ending dates of all courses.

Most classes start on either June 1 or July 6, but some classes start on other dates or may start before June 1.

See the note below regarding attendance.

Fourth of July Holiday

Deadline for applying for
graduation in December 2009
Monday, July 27

Official end of Summer Sessions
Friday, August 7

ATTENDANCE ON THE FIRST CLASS DAY

An instructor may cancel the registration of any student who does not attend the first scheduled meeting of a closed class. However, the instructor is not required to drop the student. If you miss the first day of class, do not assume that you have been dropped.
