GRADES
At the end of the semester, final grades are reported to students through an Internet application.
To access grades on the Internet, Click the "Register" icon at the top right-hand of any main WSU web page, and then:
- Click on "Main Winona Registration"
- Enter your Warrior ID and Pin number
- Click on "Log In"
- Click on the "Student" menu tab
- Click on "Check Term Grades" from the menu on the left
- Select the term you wish to view
Because the grade reporting application uses live data, your grades will be available as soon as they have been entered in the data base. If some but not all of your grades appear on the screen, that means not all of them have been entered yet. Your current cumulative Winona State University grade point average also appears on the screen. It is not updated each time another grade has been entered. It is updated nightly.
Although grade reports are not automatically mailed to students at the end of the semester, you may ask the Registrar's Office to mail a transcript after grades have been recorded. Your request must include your name, Social Security number or Warrior tech ID, the complete address to which you want the transcript sent, and your signature. There is no charge for this service.
Transcripts are mailed about one week to ten days after grades are available on the Internet. For faster service, we recommend that you print an unofficial copy of the transcript yourself. To do this, click the "Register" icon at the top right-hand of any main WSU web page, and then:
- Click on "Main Winona Registration"
- Enter your Warrior ID and Pin number (Be sure to check the box on the screen where you type in your Warrior ID and your PIN for your name to appear on the academic record.)
- Click on "Log In"
- Click on the "Student" menu tab
- Click on "Academic Record" from the menu on the left
- Your academic record will then appear on the screen and can be printed using the print function on your computer
