Ordering Transcripts

There is no charge for WSU transcriptsWSU may withhold official records and documents such as transcripts, diplomas, and enrollment and degree certifications for individuals with outstanding financial obligations to the University.

There are two types of transcripts:

Unofficial -- generally used on campus by students and advisors.

Official -- certified and usually sent to other educational institutions, businesses and employers.

Enrolled students also have online access via the Web to their academic record (similar to an unofficial transcript).  Students may view and immediately print a copy of their academic record to their own local printer.

Academic Records Online

  • Go to Web Registration login page.  (If you want your name to appear on your academic record, you need to mark the display name checkbox on the Web Registration login screen prior to logging in.)

Display Name Checkbox

  • Click on 'Student' tab.
  • Click on 'Academic Record' from the menu on the left.
  • Your academic record will appear on the screen and can be printed using the print function of your computer.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are available from most departments and from the Registrar's Office, Somsen Hall 114.
