RESC 201 Residential College Seminar: Curiosity: Essence of Science (1 S.H)
This course is designed to explore the connections between various disciplines through activities outside of class and discussion. This section will include assignments based on the topic Curiosity: The Essence of Science. This class partially satisfies the 128 semester hour requirement for graduation.
In addition to RESC 201, please sign up for at least one more course from the list below.
BIOL 104 - Environment, Society, and Conservation (3 S.H.)
Problems in the wise use of renewable resources with emphasis on human impacts and sustainable living. Lecture only. Offered each semester. This section will contain assignments related to the topics in the Whose Planet Is It Anyway Living and Learning Community. This class satisfies the WSU University Studies Science and Social Policy requirement.
STAT 110 - Fundamentals of Statistics (3 S.H.)
Introductory statistics with emphasis on applications. Note: Students in certain majors should take STAT 210 instead of STAT 110. Prerequisite: Qualifying score on the mathematics placement exam or MATH 050. This class satisfies the WSU University Studies Math requirement.
