May 10: WSU Spring Commencement, 9:30-11:30am College of Business and Liberal Arts, 2-4pm College of Education, Nursing & Health Science, Science & Engineering.

May 14:  Retiree Breakfast, 9-11 Kryzsko Commons Purple Rooms

May 23: Socrates Cafe Discussion Group, 2-4pm, Retiree Center, Topic: Should we be concerned (fearful or worried even) about the impact of technology on humanity? 

June 5: Open House in Honor of Connie Gores, 2-4pm, Baldwin Lounge, Kryzsko Commons

June 8-9:  Trinona

June 10, 13, 17, 24, 27: Senior University class, Mississippi Backwaters with an Ecologist, 9am-noon.  Class size is limited to 10 student-paddled kayaks and/or canoes.  YOU MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PADDLER to take this class.  If the Mississippi River is high in June the class will change to a bicycle tour of the Mississippi and backwater shorelines (some biking, some walking).  This class will fill quickly, so if you are interested,  contact Anne Kohner via email or 507-457-5565.

September 26-29:  Boats and Bluegrass 2013 Festival

October 7, 14, 21, & 28:  Senior University class; Four Actresses of French Cinema with instructor Jeanine Black, 2-4:30pm.

October 19-21:  2013 Homecoming Weekend

 November 4, 11, 18, 25, & December 2:  Senior University class; Classic Greek Drama with instructor Emilio DeGrazia, 3-4:30.

February 6, 13, 20, 27, & March 6: Senior University class; The Short, Wild and Woolly History of the English Language with instructor David Marshall 2-4pm.

March 10, 17, 24, & 31: Senior University class; Making Sense of Modern Art with instructor Dominic Ricciotti, 1-3pm.

March 19, April 2, 16, 30, & May 13:  Senior University class; The Sex Life of Trees Field Trips with instructor Carol Jefferson, 1-3pm.
