The Winona State University-Rochester Technical Support Center is the Rochester student’s on-site resource for all technology-related issues. This center is located in AT308 (Atrium). Click here for campus map.
The Technical Support Center is available to students, faculty and staff on:
Monday–Thursday, 8am–9pm
Friday, 8am–4:30pm
Our qualified specialists are on-site to handle any technology-related issues. Students, faculty and staff call 1-800-657-3870 for help and technical assistance so that support issues and resolutions can be tracked through our Help Desk database. This call tracking allows us to better manage staffing, repair units and service quality. Repair issues vary widely; from simple computer "glitches" and "bugs" to more severe equipment failures.
