Free Professional Development Opportunity: Science Museum of MN/Winona State University-Rochester Summer Institute
Would you like to learn more about integration, inquiry, and culturally relevant curriculum for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through hands on experience? Are you an Elementary Teacher grades K-6 and have a contract for next year in a Minnesota public or private school? If so, you can earn 30 hours of professional development and free materials to use in your classroom! This institute is funded by the State of Minnesota and will be collaboratively facilitated by The Science Museum of Minnesota and Winona State University allowing you to participate at no charge, yet have the opportunity to earn two graduate credits from Winona State University or a small stipend and a one-year membership to Science House: A Resource Center for Educators.
