Subject: WSU’s OCED Presents “Crucial Conversations” Workshop
WINONA, Minn. (WSU-UC) – Winona State University’s Outreach and Continuing Education Department presents “Crucial Conversations” from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday, May 19-20, at CC 415, WSU-Rochester.
The workshop will teach participants how to effectively communicate in order to perform at their full potential and catch problems early. Interactive videos, skill development exercises and practical scenarios will be utilized.
Ann MacDonald, the director of OCED’s Leadership Institute, will lead the workshop.
The course costs $425. Registration is open to the public.
The mission of the WSU Outreach and Continuing Education Department is to provide dynamic leadership that supports quality learning programs for diverse audiences through innovative continuing education and outreach experiences.
