Early Childhood Special Education Birth-Age 6

Winona State University-Rochester provides a teacher licensure program for persons desiring to teach in an early childhood special education area.  The Education Program is approved by both the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Minnesota Board of Teaching.

The Early Childhood Special Education program will not be admitting new students after the Fall 2012 semester.
