K-12 Master Teacher Education Program

Master of Science in Education


Winona State University-Rochester Center offers a Masters of Science in Education through a unique format that includes:

  • Bringing the program to a location near you
  • Structuring the learning so that it is immediately applicable to your classroom and your school
  • Meeting eighteen weekends over a two year period
  • Creating a community of teachers who network and develop portfolios based on the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS)

We will provide the skills you need to succeed!

Our Master Teacher Program is facilitated by a university professor and practitioner team who are dedicated to bringing the best educational practices to their members.  The program is recognized by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) as providing “cutting edge” professional development.
