Interdisciplinary Program: Professional Studies
WSU-Rochester Center offers the Professional Studies major, which is an in-depth major requiring no minor. This program is designed for the working adult who may not be pursuing a career change, but needs to complete a Bachelor's Degree for the purpose of upward mobility within a present career position.
Through the 2+2 Program, students can complete this Bachelor of Arts degree in its entirety at Rochester by completing lower division credits at Rochester Community and Technical College and the major's upper division credits at WSU-RC.
To graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies, a total of 128 credits are required. Normally, 64 credits can be transferred from a two-year institution and the remainder can be taken from WSU or transferred from a four-year institution. At least 30 semester hours must be taken from WSU.
