What is the difference between "Textbook Ordering" and "Create a Book List"?

Use the "Textbook Ordering" link to submit an online order and have the books shipped directly to your home. Use the "Create a Booklist" link to obtain the information about textbooks based upon your classes.

Why can't I pay for my books online and reserve them at the store to pick up?

Due to space limitations, we are not able to reserve textbooks or place textbooks on hold.

Why did I receive a "new" textbook when I specified "used" textbook?

Unfortunately, used textbooks are not available in every title. If a used book is not available for a particular class a new book will be substituted.
