Human Resources Management

The WSU College of Business offers Human Resources Management (HRM), a Bachelor of Science degree, at Winona State University-Rochester. The HRM program provides a quality human resources education designed to help students to acquire the necessary competencies for the future manager and/or HR professional in the private, non-profit, and public sector by delivering relevant theories as well as practical knowledge and skills.
