The Winona State University-Rochester Technical Support Center is the Rochester users' on-site resource for all technology-related issues. This center is located in AT308 (Atrium).

The Technical Support Center is available to students, faculty and staff on:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-9:00pm
Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Students, faculty and staff must call 1.800.657.3870 for help and technical assistance so that support issues and resolutions can be tracked through our Help Desk datebase. This call tracking allows us to better manage service-related issues such as staffing, repair units and accountability, as well as service quality. Our qualified specialists are on-site to handle any technology-related issues. Repair issues vary widely; from simple computer "glitches" and "bugs" to more severe equipment failures.
