Report an Injury / Incident
WSU encourages that all injuries occurring on campus property or as a result of your employment with WSU get reported, regardless of magnitude. The investigation of even minor injuries can assist in identifying areas of potential concern and can lead to improvements in the safety of campus.
If you are an employee of WSU (including student employees) and experience a work-related injury, your injury must be reported to your supervisor and to the Human Resources Department. Step-by-step instructions for navigating through the injury reporting process are outlined on the Human Resources website.
If you are not an employee of WSU but are injured while on campus, contact the Legal Affairs office via email or phone (507.457.2766).
