Report a Safety Concern

As a member of the Winona State University campus community, it is both your right and your responsibility to report potential hazards or situations that could adversely affect the health and safety of yourself or others. There are three ways to report a safety concern on campus:

1. Obtain a Safety Concern Form from Facilities Services and fill out the form in its entirety (NOTE:  this is the preferred and most efficient method of safety concern reporting);
2. Inform your supervisor of the concern; or
3. Call (507.457.5082) or email the Safety Administrator directly.
