Safety Training

Training is a crucial component of an effective safety program. The Safety Department conducts new employee, annual, and periodic refresher training with numerous groups on campus and is responsible for maintaining documentation of this training. The Safety Department also assists in the coordination of training provided by off-campus organizations on an as-needed basis. Additional safety training is conducted within departments, under the direction of departmental supervisors.
