Student Grievance Procedure

It is hoped that every student employee is provided with training and directions regarding duties, expectations and responsibilities. It is up to you to ask questions if you do not understand something about your job. Keeping communication open and honest between supervisor and employee is key to a successful working relationship.

You are encouraged to deal with conflicts with your immediate supervisor directly to the point where you feel comfortable doing so. If you feel a term or condition of your employment has been violated, you may file a formal grievance. Please consult WSU Regulation 4-2 (PDF) for guidance.
