The Student Union offers many services from an ATM and check cashing to equipment checkouts. Please see the listing below for descriptions of each of the services offered.
ATM, Check Cashing and Vending Refunds
ATM
The Student Union offers an ATM which is located next to the Student Union Information Desk, located in the Student Activities Center. The ATM is owned and operated by Wells Fargo and availble during the Building's open hours.

Check Cashing
The Student Union Offers a check cashing service. For a small fee of 15 cents, students may cash a personal check up to $30.00 or a check from a parent or relative up to $100.00 with proper identification (Driver's License and/or Student ID).
Vending Refunds
The Student Union offers a Vending Refund at the Student Union Desk. Simply come to the Student Union Desk if one of the vending machines does not give you a refund.
Change
The Student Union offers change services up to a $20 limit.

Faxes
Students may send and receive faxes anytime during open hours at the Student Union Information Desk.
To send a fax:
There is a small fee of $1.00 per page for faxes sent within the US and a $2.00/page charge for faxes made internationally. There is no charge for local and toll-free numbers. All faxes include a cover letter sheet if the sender wishes to include one. The desk assistants will send your fax and give you a confirmation slip.
To Receive a Fax:
Simply give the sender the Winona State Student Union Fax Number, which is (507) 457-5317. Your faxes should have the receivers full name along with phone number and address if possible. Please give the Union Desk a call at (507) 457-5310 to give them a heads up that you are expecting a fax. Then you can stop by anytime during open hours and pick-up your fax. There is no charge for receiving a fax.
Lost & Found
The Student Union hosts one of the Lost and Found locations for the campus. If you lose something feel free to stop by the Student Union Information Desk and the desk assistants will be more than happy to see if someone has turned in your item. Items that have not been picked up by the end of the semester will be donated to the Winona Volunteer Services.
Legal Help, Equipment Checkout, and Printouts.
Legal Help
The Winona State has a volunteer Attorney who comes in once a week to meet with student on a first come first serve appointment signup system, to help student with legal matters. The list is located behind the Student Union Desk. To Signup just stop by the Student Union Information Desk during open hours. a meeting time mus be setup by 2pm on tuesday.
Equipment Checkout
The student Union Offers student the Opportunity for student to check out equipment such as projectors, white boards tables and chairs as well as other equipment to see a complete listing or to make a reservation see the Conference and scheduling section of the website or stop by the Student Union Office which is located right next to the Student Union Information Desk.
Print Outs
The Student Union Information Desk has a printer which student can print to. The printouts are places in a basket located on the Student Union Information Desk and is emptied throughout the day. Please don't print something if you are not going to pick it up as this service is part of each students Student Activities Fee.
Online Services
Online Ride Board
The goal for the online ride board is to provide a secure and safe way for student to let other student know they are willing to offer a ride or they need a ride. The requirement to use the Ride board is to have a Winona Username and password which is created when you receive you laptop.
Online Book Trade
The goal of the online book trade is to provide a place for student to list their books with the security of knowing that only WSU student will get ahold of there telephone number or e-mail address.
Online Ticket Sales
The Online Ticket Sales is a new Idea which is still in the planning stages and so is not yet offered to the campus. The goal is to provide a one stop shop for purchasing tickets online to any of the athletic, theater and music performances as well as to event put on by UPAC ( The University Programming Activities Committee.
