In addition to filling out the WSU General Application found on the Study Abroad Home Page, students wishing to study at Southern Cross will also have to download and complete the following SCU admission application and supply an official transcript to the Study Abroad Office.

Student Visa

If your application for study at Southern Cross is successful, you will be sent a letter offering you place at the University.  When you return your acceptance of the offer, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) is sent to the Australian Consulate General you have nominated in your application form (Chicago). A paper copy of this electronic Confirmation of Enrolment is sent to you.

You then submit your copy of the eCoE to the Australian Consulate General of Chicago plus all other required documentation when you apply for a student visa.

WSU students have the option of letting Southern Cross apply for your student visa for you.  You may arrange to make your payment and forward a copy of your payment details, your acceptance of the offer and a completed Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) request form to them and then make further contact with a representative from Southern Cross for further details.

Otherwise, you can apply by mail or online and provide other required documents.
