Germany RADAR (Nursing)

Course Summary

Senior Seminar: Recognition of the Acutely Deteriorating Patient with Appropriate Response Course (RADAR - NURS 495) is an interdisciplinary travel program designed to expose nursing students to the assessment of an adult patient from an international persepective. Students will engage in multiple different learning opportunities; including simulations, peer group presentations, hands-on learning experiences in various settings, lectures/discussions from specialists in their field, and interaction with peers and mentors from Finland, Slovakia, Cyprus, Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
