Travel Study Brochure 

As a student, you are required to complete the following forms and return them to Dana Engel, International Programs Assistant, in Maxwell 105. Include an enlarged photocopy of your driver's license for domestic trips and an enlarged photocopy of your passport for international trips.

  • Background Check 
  • Student Data Privacy Form - Available by email or to pick up in the office.
  • Student Registration Form - Registration is specific to each location. Please stop by our office to pick up a copy.

    Your payment in full will be due, in that same account, three weeks prior to your departure.
