Cathy Summa, Geoscience,
participated in a National Science Foundation (NSF) panel review on Sunday, Jan. 30 through Tuesday, Feb. 1, in Washington, DC. Summa was invited to attend a Geoscience panel for the CCLI-A & I program (Course, Curriculum and Laboratory Improvement – Adaptation and Implementation program) where she was asked to review, rate and make summary comments on various grant proposals, which will be used by the program directors to make funding decisions.
Cathy Summa is also invited to participate in the upcoming workshop, “Geoscience Departments: Developing Pathways to Strong Programs for the Future,” Thursday, Feb. 24 through Saturday, Feb. 26, at the College of William and Mary.
