Open Text I: Basic editing of the new web2010 templates

Content editors will learn how to use the features and functionality of the web2010 templates, using the Open Text content management system. Topics include:

• Project Selection
• Understanding the dots
• Creating pages with templates
• Adding links to the Primary Navigation link menu
• Adding links to the Quick Links menu
• Adding photos
• Modifying breadcrumbs
• Publishing pages

Open Text II: Creating new pages

Prerequisite: Open Text I: Basic editing of the new web2010 templates

Content editors will learn how to create pages in Open Text, using the web2010 templates. Topics include:

• Creating new pages from the left and right navigation menus
• Creating new pages from the Extra Pages link
• Adding a Template to a new page
• Adding a Primary Navigation (left navigation) menu
• Adding a Quick Links section
• Modifying breadcrumbs
• Publishing pages
