Sunday, April 6

11:22 p.m. – Several students were cited for an alcohol violation at Lourdes. Referred to the Hall Director.

11:45 p.m. – Several students were cited for an alcohol violation at East Lake. Referred to the Hall Director.

Monday, April 7

9:45 a.m. – EMS and Security responded to Kryzsko regarding an individual with a medical problem. Ambulance transported an employee to the hospital.

10:45 a.m. – Fire and Security responded to an alarm in Kryzsko. Referred to the electrician. A small amount of smoke from someone cooking caused the alarm to activate.

8:55 p.m. – EMS and Security responded to the Library where a student reported that she was feeling faint. Student was not transported.

Tuesday, April 8

3:01 a.m. – An alarm activated in Kryzsko. Referred to the Engineer.

9:03 a.m. – Library staff contacted Security regarding a suspicious person in the Library. Security made contact with the individual.

7:38 p.m. – Security was summoned to Kryzsko regarding an individual who was acting strange. The subject was gone when Security arrived.

Wednesday, April 9

10:30 p.m. – Several
students were cited for an alcohol violation in Maria. Referred to the Hall Director.

Friday, April 11

9:00 p.m. — Winona Fire and Security responded to Lourdes on a fire alarm. It was found someone was cooking in the 3rd floor kitchen that set the alarm off.

 

Saturday, April 12

1:27 a.m. – A student was cited in Prentiss-Lucas for an alcohol violation. Referred to the Hall Director.

2:30 a.m. – A student requested assistance from Security to conduct a welfare check on a friend (on campus). Student located and was found to be okay.

12:00 p.m. – The Winona Police and Security responded to the WSU Bookstore on an alarm. Nothing found.

Sunday, April 13

5:20 a.m. – The Winona Police requested assistance from Security to locate an individual on campus who was calling their department. Individual (non-student) was located and warned about making calls to law enforcement.

A student had originally reported the theft of some information from his computer (March 2008) and never followed up on the complaint. Matter was dropped.
