I. Meeting was called to order at 3:35 PM by chair Charla

II. Adoption of agenda. Adopted by consensus.
III. Approval of minutes of February 13, 2002. M/S Miller/Grover to
approve. Motion carried.
IV. Chair's report
A. Meeting of March 13, 2002. Chair canceled this
meeting, but reserves the right to call one if there is
a pressing need. Next
Meeting is March 27th. No objections.
