DESCRIPTION:Celebrate independent film at the Frozen River Film Festival (FRFF). Filmmakers\, students\, and film lovers alike are invited to come together for curated screenings\, conversations\, and special events. \n\n\n\nAttendees can watch feature-length documentaries and shorts as well as join Q&As with filmmakers. \n\n\n\nThis festival is open to the public and free for Winona State students to attend.
