Lee Beatty\n\n\n\nDr. W. Lee Beatty is a Professor and Chair of the Geoscience Department at Winona State University. \n\n\n\nHe earned bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Earth Science from Penn State University and a PhD in Geology from the University of Pittsburgh. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory\, he joined the faculty of Winona State in 2008. \n\n\n\nFor more than a decade\, his work has focused on dinosaur ecosystems.
