DESCRIPTION:One lunch period every month\, we will collect leftovers to raise awareness about food waste.  \n\n\n\nWe will weigh the leftovers to determine how much food was wasted and estimate how many people could have been fed. \n\n\n\nScrape the Plates challenges ourselves to beat the previous month’s results and reduce waste across campus. \n\n\n\nAdmission is one meal swipe into Jack Kane Dining Center.
