encouraged to report it to the WSU Title IX Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Title IX Coordinator will determine if the reported complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any student who reports an incident of sexual violence to the campus will be provided with reasonable supportive measures whether or not the campus has Title IX jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"panel panel--white\">\n        <div class=\"panel__container\">\n            <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                            <div class=\"h3\">How to Report a Complaint<\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n            \n\n<p><strong>Reporting is your choice. <\/strong>You have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make a report to WSU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a report to law enforcement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pursue a Title IX investigation by the campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pursue a criminal investigation by law enforcement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take some or none of these actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can report sexual misconduct to WSU by submitting an <a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?WinonaStateUniv&amp;layout_id=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">online report form.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also make a report by contacting the WSU Title IX Coordinator, who will respond during business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need immediate assistance or want to make a report after hours and on weekends, then
