class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Winona State is part of the Student Success Equity Intensive (SSEI), a national initiative to help address the equity gaps and increase the academic success of Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and low-income students. <\/p>\n<p>With this customized support, we can make data-driven decisions that center the realities of Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and low-income students and help to tackle the barriers faced by these students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/a>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\"> and faculty to raise cultural competency and address racial equity. <\/p>\n<p>We are also developing a task force to create and modify academic curriculum to be culturally sensitive and State aims to increase access to higher education with the Resident Tuition Scholarship. <\/p>\n<p>This scholarship evens the financial playing field for out-of-state students by offering in-state Response Team will serve as a support system for any employee or student to bring forward a bias concern to be investigated and further addressed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n We support the free exchange of ideas and the unhindered pursuit of knowledge for everyone in our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe exposure to a wide range of perspectives deepens our understanding of each other and the world around us.
