One lunch period every month, we will collect leftovers to raise awareness about food waste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will weigh the leftovers to determine how much food was wasted and estimate how many people could have been fed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scrape the Plates challenges ourselves to beat the previous month’s results and reduce waste across campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission is one meal swipe into Jack Kane Dining Center. Guests without a meal plan may pay the gate price of $11.62 plus tax for lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n
