Justin Watkins from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) will overview Minnesota\u2019s Nutrient Reduction Strategy (NRS) as well as regional studies specific to southeast Minnesota. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He&#8217;ll also discuss how nutrients travel in the environment and what current efforts exist to reduce nutrient pollution.<\/p>\n\n\n<a
