The Winona State University Study Abroad Office is an official U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Facility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We accept new passport applications only. Review the\u00a0application requirements<\/a>\u00a0to see if you qualify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you need to renew, replace, correct<\/strong>, or report a missing passport<\/strong>, consult the U.S. Department of State information for those who already have a passport<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All required documents must be present at the time of appointment, or your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Documents required will depend on your circumstances.
