Creating Thriving Environments takes a different approach by helping participants understand the human factors that shape workplace culture and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Developed in partnership with The Minnesota Group<\/a>, this course helps you move from being trauma informed (or understanding the impact of trauma) to trauma responsive (or applying that knowledge through leadership practices and everyday interactions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Throughout the course, you\u2019ll participate in: <\/p>\n\n\n\n When you complete this course, you\u2019ll gain a toolkit of strategies that you can immediately apply to your workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You’ll also earn the Creating Thriving Environments digital badge from Winona State University.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n In this course, you\u2019ll learn how individual, systemic, and generational trauma can affect workplace experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You\u2019ll also: <\/p>\n\n\n\n This course is for anyone who is responsible for supporting, leading, or developing others, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n No prior knowledge of trauma-informed leadership is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You’ll leave with practical strategies for strengthening workplace culture and leading with greater confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n Ready to create a healthier, more resilient workplace?
