teachers and other educators who want to improve their leadership skills and professional aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>With this degree, graduates can become a team leader, mentor, dean of students, students how to improve their leadership style, foster organizational change, and meet the challenges of today\u2019s complex organizations.<\/p>\n<p>This degree can help you move up in your current degree<\/a> is a good option for students who want leadership opportunities in the sports industry.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these opportunities can include collegiate coaching, high school and collegiate certificate<\/a> helps educators of all levels become more fluent with new instructional practices.<\/p>\n<p>This program explores many of the core instructional issues within the modern classroom including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cultural relevance<\/li>\n<li>trauma informed instruction<\/li>\n<li>alternative delivery models<\/li>\n<li>student engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructional design is essential to developing an engaging learning experience, which is why it&#8217;s important for teachers to be up to date on today&#8217;s teaching practices.<\/p>\n<p>These courses are offered each the master&#8217;s degree under the same title, the <a id=\"tabbed-2\">K-12 Principalship<\/button>\n<button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-3\">Superintendent <\/button>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div leadership role in a K-12 school or district and related institutions.<\/p>\n<p>In this program, students will gain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding how to manage programming for exceptional students<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills necessary to manage a school or an academic program<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of special education law and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">K-12 Principalship<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/academics\/colleges\/education\/leadership-education-department\/programs\/k-12-principalship\/\">K-12 Principalship program<\/a> offers two paths:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The K-12 Principal licensure is for educators who want to go beyond the master&#8217;s degree and work toward leadership roles such as curriculum director, principal, department chair, lead teacher, and more<\/li>\n<li>The K-12 Principalship is an emphasis within the Education Specialist Degree (EdS) in Education Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It requires the same coursework as the licensure but with additional credits.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Superintendent <\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/academics\/colleges\/education\/leadership-education-department\/programs\/superintendent\/\">Superintendent program<\/a> offers 3 paths:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Superintendent licensure is for those who want extra education in a district-level leadership role, such as a school superintendent<\/li>\n<li>Superintendency is an emphasis within the Education Specialist Degree (EdS) in Education Leadership<\/li>\n<li>The Superintendent licensure can also be earned as part of the EdD program for those already holding another administrative
