The field of marketing offers a wide variety of interesting, challenging, and fulfilling career options. We\u2019ll provide you with the tools and resources you need to be successful, no matter which direction you choose to follow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll learn how to create, communicate, capture, and deliver value to clients. You\u2019ll also be able to manage relationships between businesses and clients in a way that benefits both parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigorous Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Marketing offers 3 undergraduate programs<\/a> that have a progressive curriculum. The coursework integrates relevant hands-on experiences and state-of-the-art technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 9 years in a row, the Sales Education Foundation<\/a> (SEF) has ranked WSU among sales programs in the U.S. with the best job placement rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also recommend students participate in an internship during their time at WSU. Internships are unique real-world opportunities for you to apply what you learn in class and expand your skills.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

There are several active clubs for students who want to dive into marketing, business, and other related areas beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also join the WSU Sales Team<\/a>\u2014and we\u2019ve got a great track record. Just this past year, our team won the overall championship at Salisbury University\u2019s National Shore Sales Challenge in Maryland. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
