Adrian is a native of New Zealand and first studied art history at Victoria University in Wellington, where he earned an Honors degree with a double major in Art History and European Languages.<\/p>\n

A specialist in Russian and Soviet art, Adrian undertook a year\u2019s graduate study in Moscow on a Russian Government Scholarship before completing a master\u2019s degree at the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 2001.<\/p>\n

From 2002 through 2004 Adrian taught art and design history within the College of Creative Arts at Massey University, Wellington. In 2005, he accepted a PhD scholarship at Rutgers University and moved to the U.S.<\/p>\n

His doctoral dissertation, completed in 2011, was entitled \u201cArchaeologies of the Avant-Garde: Moscow Conceptualism and the Legacies of Soviet Modernism.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adrian has been teaching at Winona State since 2012, and his current research centers on the Russian avant-garde artist Kazimir Malevich.<\/p>\n

Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Danilo earned his BFA in Graphic Communications and BA in Art History from the University of Houston in 2009. In 2012 Danilo successfully defended his thesis and completed an MFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston.<\/p>\n

In his research practice, Danilo engages the questions of enticing shifts in perception and memory and the influence of contemporary society and culture on our visual cognition. His goal is to investigate the ability to communicate at different speeds visually and to create different levels of cognition through the factors of acceleration and construction of messages that raise consciousness, sensitivity and conviction.<\/p>\n

The focal interest of Danilo’s design practice is in identity and brand development, where he has done a significant body of work on the local and regional level in Europe.<\/p>\n

In his teaching practice, Danilo is committed to transforming the traditional design curriculum to expand the level of understanding of core and advance theoretical principles while using historical and contemporary knowledge to enhance the learning experience.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n Email Danilo Bojic <\/a>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Roger grew up in Norfolk, MA, a suburb of Boston. He earned a BA in Fine Arts and French from Amherst College in 2003. He holds master\u2019s degrees from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and the University of New Mexico.<\/p>\n

Roger is an actively exhibiting artist with recent solo exhibitions at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN and the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.<\/p>\n

Mah is an interdisciplinary designer. His professional experience includes software engineering, computer networking, multimedia production, web technology, visual design, digital media and interactive design.<\/p>\n

Prior to teaching, Mah worked with IBM, US-Robotics, 3COM and Krakatua Sdn.<\/p>\n

Professor Seho Park (MAT, MFA, PhD) advises students in the BS Art Teaching program and teaches art education as well as foundation studio courses.<\/p>\n

As a practicing artist, Professor Park has been active in exhibiting his art in East Asia and North America since the mid-seventies.<\/p>\n

Alessandra (everyone calls her Ally) is a figure painter originally hailing from beautiful New Jersey. She earned her BFA in Painting with a minor in Art History at the Maryland Institute College of Art (2008), and her MFA in Painting at Indiana University (2010).<\/p>\n

Ally\u2019s painting series are primarily non-nostalgic views of lost places and times, in locations like Rust Belt cities, 1970s NYC Times Square and the Wisconsin Dells.<\/p>\n
