While she teaches a variety of courses at Winona State, her primary interests include creative nonfiction and Victorian literature.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deb has edited two essay collections: Siblings and Autism: Stories Spanning Generations and Cultures (2010), which she co-edited with Bruce Mills, and an edition on Willa Cather\u2019s The Song of the Lark, published by Rodopi Press (2010). Siblings and Autism was inspired by her experiences growing up with a brother with autism, while her collection on Cather springs out of a life-long interest in the works of the Nebraska author.
