It studies the distribution of both physical features like climate, water, and landforms as well as cultural aspects like languages, religions, and ethnicities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to compete in the complex inter-connected world we live in, students need the spatial perspective gained from geographic studies to help understand many concepts, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Globalization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cultural diversity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;international conflicts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>climate change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>natural and technological hazards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>business location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>energy production and dependence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the many uses for
