To join the Concurrent Enrollment program, you\u2019ll need to work with your high school guidance counselor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Concurrent Enrollment program allows Minnesota and Wisconsin high school students to take Winona State courses at their high school for dual high school and college credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concurrently enrolled students don\u2019t pay for tuition and course-related fees, and they receive textbooks at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    There are no minimum GPA requirements or other pre-requisites for students. Your high school will determine if you are ready for college-level coursework in a concurrent enrollment class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To teach a course offered by Winona State, concurrent enrollment instructors must meet at least one of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • A\u00a0Master\u2019s\u00a0degree in the subject being taught<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • At least 18 graduate credits in the subject being taught and at least 2 years of teaching experience in the subject being taught<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A\u00a0Master\u2019s\u00a0degree (not necessarily in the subject being taught) and at least 5 years of teaching experience in the subject being taught<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      How to Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      There is no application form for high school students to submit. Your high school counselor will provide your enrollment details to Winona State.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
