Customized Training

WSU is your higher education partner of choice to deliver comprehensive workplace training solutions for business and industry in the Midwest tri-state region.

We develop Customized Training programs that align your organization’s strategic goals with your workforce training goals to increase employee satisfaction, productivity, and quality outcomes.

We conduct in-depth training needs assessments and develop a program that fits your specific goals. WSU has access to training experts with industry experience and insight to help your business succeed.

Customized training is flexible and can be delivered on our WSU campus, on-site at your business, online or any hybrid of formats to fit your schedule and budget.

Clock hours or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Certificates are available as validation of the outcomes and application embedded into learning experiences.

Digital Badges are also available to certify learning and provide evidence of your commitment to your own professional development. They enable you to stand out from the rest by being able to clearly demonstrate the validated skills earned.

Digital badges can be shared on professional profile pages, social media sites, LinkedIn, ePortfolios and email signatures.
