Heather Dieterman

Heather’s primary responsibilities center around student success and broadening access to the tools and services necessary to allow for barrier-free degree completion. She provides expertise in student recruitment and retention practices for distance and nontraditional learners, as well as using Summer Session to help students catch up, keep up and get ahead in their studies.

Heather has been a member of the ACE team since 2012. She loves that her role allows her to work closely with students, faculty, staff, and the regional workforce to create and enhance solutions that help individuals and communities grow and thrive.

Heather possesses a master of science degree in leadership education and a bachelor of arts in mass communication. She lives in Winona and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and attending music and arts events.
