Unless otherwise noted, registration opens as soon as the class appears on the web site. Registration will typically remain open until the day before the start of the class, as long as space remains available. Many classes fill quickly, so we encourage you to register early.

If space is available in a class, the "Add to Cart" button will appear at the bottom of the registration page. If a class is filled, the "Add to Cart" button will not appear. In that event, you will have the option to click on the "Waiting List" button. (Note that not all courses offer wait lists.) If you click on the "Waiting List" button, you will be notified if space becomes available in the class or if a new section of the class is opened.

When you register online, you will be able to see whether there is space available in a class. Once you submit the required registration and payment, you are registered and will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration, please contact us at 507.457.5080, 800.DIALWSU ext. 5080, or

If we have to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee, or you can use the amount you've paid toward another course of your choice, space permitting.

Withdrawal and refund policies vary from course to course; please be sure to review the specific policies when you register for your class. If you need to withdraw from a class and notify us before the course deadline, you may be able to transfer to another class or receive a full or partial refund. No refunds or transfers will be accepted if you notify us after the stated deadline. If you have any questions about withdrawal deadlines and refund policies for a specific class, please contact us at 507.457.5080, 800.DIALWSU ext. 5080, or

Severe weather, emergency conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course or an individual class date. In the event of a cancelled course or class date, we will make every effort to re-schedule.  If a cancelled class cannot be re-scheduled, a refund will be issued.
