PSEO Student Checklist
Being in the PSEO program is a great opportunity, but it also takes a lot of coordination to make sure that you're getting the credits you need.
Use this checklist to keep track of the steps you need to take as a PSEO student at WSU.
If you have questions, contact the Warrior Success Center for help.
Before Registration Day
Ask your high school staff about your requirements for graduation. Be sure to check class availability online through WSU Student eServices.
Returning students, be sure to bring your StarID and password to log into registration. If you are a new student and don't know your StarID yet, you will need to provide your Social Security Number.
Report at the assigned time to meet with an advisor who will help you register for classes.
Get your Warrior ID card from the Campus Card office in the Warrior Hub. The Warrior Hub is located on the second floor of Maxwell Hall.
Once you've finished registering for classes, provide your final schedule at the WSU Bookstore in Kryzsko Commons. They will pull together the books you need for the semester, which will be available for pick up in two business days.
Make sure you can access your WSU email account. You'll need to sign in with your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and password.
First Week of Classes
Continue to check your email each day if you are on any course waitlists. Call the Warrior Success Center at 507.457.5878 if you need help registering.
Attend the first class meeting time. If you skip, you may get automatically dropped so that another student can have the spot.
Pick up your books from the WSU Bookstore. If you decide to drop a class in that first week, be sure to return any unnecessary books to the bookstore by the first Friday of classes.
End of Semester
Return your materials to the bookstore by the last day of the term.
If you plan to enroll as a PSEO student the following semester, be sure to reapply. The deadline is May 1 for fall term and Nov 15 for spring term.
