Kim Zeiher (kzeiher@winona.edu) and Gar Kellom (gkellom@winona.edu) developed a strategy to help close the achievement gap in MN and at WSU, and improve retention and graduation. 

In FY 10-14 (excepting FY 11) WSU provided funds for “special” SIA awards. These awards were related to the upcoming HLC accreditation visit (FY10), Student Life and Development (SLD) awards (FY12) and HLC Next Chapter awards (FY13) and other SIA awards (FY14).
