95+% Pass the First-Time since 2009 (13 graduating classes)
WSU students have been very successful in passing the Board of Certification (BOC) examination on the first attempt since the program’s inception.
This data is an outstanding indicator of the strength of the program and the quality of the healthcare professionals that graduate from Winona State University with a degree in Athletic Training.
Over the past 13 years (2009 - 2022), we have achieved a 95+% first-time pass rate, with 125 out of 131 students passing the exam on their first attempt.
Students should feel confident that the Winona State MSAT program will prepare them for initial certification and to excel in their professional career.
