Issues regarding leadership, motivation, organizational communication, organizational design transformation and change as well as an overview of human resource concerns are all covered within this program.
The BUSA program has been designed to allow the student to emphasize practical training through internships, entrepreneurship, operations, or a combination of these areas through electives.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program is an online degree completion program that prepares students for careers in management and administration positions in all types of organizations in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.
Business Administration majors acquire skills on how to budget, organize, plan, hire, direct, control, and otherwise manage various organizations.
Who Should Enroll
This program is designed for those who wish to complete their Bachelor of Science in business administration solely online.
It is ideal students are those who have already completed the first two years of lower-division general education requirements.
Individuals well suited for this program include working adults, parents, and long-distance learners.
Students in this program will be enrolled in a cohort (BUSO) with specific courses designated only for this cohort.
Students in the BUSO cohort are guaranteed a seat in all required courses. BUSO students will not have to compete for seats with residential students on the main Winona campus.
Students may enter the BUSO cohort in either Fall or Spring semesters and may be full or part time.
Dedicated advisors will guide students through the program, both in-person and virtually, depending on student preference.
Faculty members are accomplished professionals with advanced degrees, industry certifications, and business experience.
When & Where
Complete your BS in Business Administration in four semesters (not including summers) or more, if desired.
Courses are offered solely online with face-to-face business engagement opportunities in your area.
Online learning is synchronous (together, in real time) and asynchronous (time and place are irrelevant), depending on course requirements.
