The WSU Children's Center is open and providing care to WSU students and employees as well as the community while maintaining COVID-19 precautions.
However, only children and employees of the Children's Center are permitted to access the facility.

The WSU Children's Center programs provide:
- Comprehensive year-round, full-time early education & care programs for children aged six weeks through fourth grade.
- Mentoring for university students seeking licensure in education and related fields through practicum and employment opportunities.
Winona State University has provided early childhood education and care programs since 1973.
The WSU Children’s Center is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and has a four-star rating from Minnesota’s Parent Aware Quality Rating System.
