All fees are weekly full-time rates. We do not offer a part-time option. Rates are based on WSU affiliation.

WSU rates apply to WSU students enrolled in six or more undergraduate credits and to WSU employees with a minimum 0.5 FTE. Community rates apply to all other families.

Families are contacted by Center staff when a classroom vacancy occurs. At the time of enrollment, families will be sent a packet containing the following forms:

  • Registration form
  • Emergency contact card
  • Health Summary & Immunization Record
  • Child Personal Information

The Children’s Center continuously accepts enrollment requests using the waiting list form.

Families are placed on the waiting list by the date and time of their initial request.

Children are enrolled in the following prioritized order:

  • WSU student parents
  • WSU faculty and staff
  • Greater Winona Area community members
Once enrollment materials are received, families attend a 45-minute orientation to finalize the paperwork, learn about Center programs, meet classroom teachers and share individual family practices. A $50.00 registration fee is due at the time of orientation.
